Blind Repairs, Maintenance and Servicing

We provide repairs and servicing for any of the products we install. Based in Albion Park Rail and servicing the entire Illawarra region, we have been operating for over two decades and source all our products from well-known and reputable Australian companies.

Warranty Repairs:

All the products that we supply and install come with a 2-year warranty on the components and installation. Certain fabrics come with a 5-year warranty, and plantation shutters have a 10-year warranty. Any problems that you have with our products during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge.

Any problems with any of our products outside of the warranty period can be repaired for a small service charge – we believe in outstanding customer service, so we keep our repairs and servicing fees as low as possible to build trust with our clients. We’ve been around for 20 years and we aren’t going anywhere, so you will have peace of mind that no matter how old your Phoenix Blinds products are, you’ll never have any problems getting them repaired or serviced!

General Blinds, Shutter and Awning Repairs:

We do provide our blind repairs service to customers that purchased their blinds, shutters or awnings from Phoenix Blinds. Unfortunately we don’t repair products we haven’t installed but we are happy to provide you with a quote to replace them.
